Carrot Raita, Suits for summer days.. also for the biryani dishes or one pot meals this raita place a main role in the plate.. a Quick side dish or dip for paratha, rotis too..

I prepared this on last saturday, to give a pair with Egg Biryani.. Carrots are mainly packed with full nutrition, suits well for kids.. can feed this sweet vegetable kind of halwa, kheer, muffins, Dosa too.. Kids love carrot coz of its bright color.. it has a nature to fight with the deadly disease Cancer.. Also carrot helps to improve the sight health too..without fail adding carrots to the diet is much much helpful..

Ingredients

Curd 1 cuo
Carrot 1 nos
Onion 1 large
Salt as needed
Pomegranate 1/4 cup
Green chillie 1 nos (Optional)

Method

Peel the Carrot and Grate them, Chop the onions finely and keep aside.

Take the Carrot and onion in a big bowl, Add salt and give a mix.. add chopped green chillies in this stage, i didn’t add green chillie here..

Add the Fresh curd and Mix them well Top with pomegranate and serve..
