This is not my most favourite veggie, i don’t like this because of its watery taste.. but don’t know why Joe Like it a lot.. Always he tell when ever he go to market i initiate him to get fresh vegetables, And when he back he will give a note, i found chow chow in fresh vegetable list, so i bought it.. Ingredients To Grind
Peel the Chow chow, Slit them and chop into small pieces..
Take all the ingredients to grind and grind them in mixer without adding any water..
Heat a pan with oil, Temper with mustard, Urad dhal and channa dhal, wait until they pop up
Add a spring of curry leaves and fry them along with onion..
Once the onion turns pink in color, add the chopped chow chow..
Add a pinch of Turmeric powder
And add the Grounded masala.. Cover and cook this for few mins add salt and cook them till they done.. no need to add water, allow to cook in medium flame..
