Ingredients To Grind
Cut the drumstick into 2 inch size and slit them..
Add some water and cook the drumstick, add 1/4 tsp of salt to cook the drumstick..
Once they done switch off the flame and keep aside.. , in the mean time grind the coconut and jeera to a fine paste and keep them ready..
Heat a pan with oil.. Temper with mustard and wait until they pop..
Saute the onion and curry leaves..
Once the Onions turn pink in color add the chopped tomatoes
Add Turmeric Powder and hing and give a stir..
Cook till the tomatoes get mashed well, add the Cooked drumstick to the grave and mix them well..
Add the chillies powder, Coriander powder and give a good mix..
Add the grounded masala and allow this to boil well, cook thill the desired consistency comes..
