Here is the prepared Dry Ginger Powder/Sukku Kappi pod
And This is How Palm Sugar and Palm Jaggery looks, (Picture is for reference)
Take a spoon of Sukku Kappi Podi in a sauce pan or bowl
Add two cups of water, to the pan..
Bring this to boil, Boil well for 10 mins..
Add the Palm sugar and Palm jaggery to the pan and oil it for mins.. once the sugar and jaggery get dissolved strain them and serve hot..
* Instead of Water you can use In Milk too.
* Can use normal sugar also.
