I love all kind of Sea food ,which frozen, fresh, what ever it may be i had a great thumps up to give a trial.. same way i found this wonderful ingredient in market..
which doesn’t have that much fishy smell, and this recipe is not my usual one.. once we had a chit chat with Apartment friends, one fried share this recipe.. no way immediately i want to give a try to taste it.. and why not.. second time i captured for the post.. Dry Prawn Brinjal Curry

Prep Time: 1o mins | Cook time: 20-25 mins | Serves: 2

Grind the tomato to puree, Add 5-6 nos of pearl onion and Garlic to the Mixer and plus again, this helps for a thick gravy.. in the mean time, soak the dry prawn in a cup of water to remove the dirts..
Heat a pan with Mustard and jeera, Let them pop..
Add in the Finely chopped onion and saute till they turn pink cool
Add in the curry leaves and fry them.
Add the Tomato puree mix, cover with a lid and cook..
Cook till the tomatoes splits the oil on top.
Add in the chopped bridal and again cover this with a lid and allow to cook for few mins.. in the mean time give stir.. only then tomatoes are well cooked the bridal will in the mission to cook soon.. so make sure to cook the tomatoes well before adding the brinjal..
Cook till the brinjal get cooked softly.. add salt and cook if need..
Add in the chilly powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, mix them and cook for 2-3 mins to remove the raw smell..
Add in the Drained Dry prawn and mix them well..
Add some water and cook this for few more mins..
i make this as a dry dish.. if need you can switch of the flame to semi dry consistency..
Here i served this dish with Egg drop curry and Mango thokku.
