Eggless Brownie, Happy to share this recipe with you all.. such a rich fudge, soft, chocolaty Brownie which fills the tummy with its richness.. love this to the core.. when its hot hot, the white chocolate melts and fills every corner of the mouth with delicious richness.
 Few week before yummy tummy Aarthi posted a quadruple Brownie, her presentation damn force myself to try the brownie, but i want a eggless version, as i promised to my readers and viewers, nowadays i try to make the eggless baking in home.. Chocolate chocolate rich brownie is best to serve in party, very easy to prepare which is done with in few minutes of preparation and baking.. but the taste is real awesome, can’t forget these buttery fudges, this is a very rich dessert, hope this post is helpful.. see you in next interesting easy recipe.. Eggless Brownie

Prep Time: 10 mins  |  Cook time: 30 mins    |  Serves: 4  | Temperature: 180C

Ingredients

APF/Maida 1 cup
Cocoa Powder 1/4 cup
Sugar 3/4 cup
Butter 1/2 cup
Salt 1/4 tsp
Baking Powder 1/2 tsp
Yogurt/Curd 1/2 cup
Water 3/4 cup (1/2 – 3/4 cup)
Choco Chip 1/2 cup
Vanila Essence 1 tsp
White Chocolate 1/2 cup
Chocolate 1/2 cup

Method

Take the Chocolate in a mixing bowl, i did use Choco chip, instead i used one cup of chocolate here… as for the convenient i mentioned it in the table..

Take the butter along with the mixing bowl..

Double boil or microwave it for 30 mins to melt the chocolate and butter..

Mix them well and add in the curd, whisk them well.. add 1/2 cup water and again whisk and set them aside.. if need add few more drops of water and whisk well..

Add the sugar and again blend the mix.. to dissolve the sugar..

Add in the Vanilla extract and mix them along with the mixture..

Sieve the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder in the mixing bowl..

Fold this to a smooth batter.

Here you go this is the creamy rich final batter..

Grease a baking with oil, dust with some flour, transfer the batter to the baking pan.. Dunk in the chopped white chocolate over the batter..

Bake this in preheated oven for 30 mins, or bake till they done (Temperature required 180C)

Keep them in the wire rack and bring this to room temperature.. slice them and serve..
