Goan Crab Curry, Found this recipe while searching for new flavour for the crab curry.. As not like a regular one this is no coconut curry, which is loaded with full of flavoured version.. coz of the whole spices used here..

page, she had lot of recipes with fresh flavour i can feel reading her page itself, i love this recipe seeing on the first site..And i adjusted the ingredients to my taste.. I have few more crab recipes in my page, which are completely different from this curry. Special thing is this is a no coconut curry, but the taste with a rich flavours.. This is my “Day 24 of B365″
Goan Crab Curry

Ingredients To Grind
||1 -2 inch
Ingredient to grind the masala.. Grind them in a mixer and keep aside..
Wash and Clean the Crab..
Heat a pan with oil, Saute the finely chopped onion till they turn Pink color..
Add in the Chopped Tomatoes.. Cook till the mushed well..
Add the Grounded masala to the Pan and Fry them
Add a handful of Curry Leaves..
Cook the masala till the oil separates..
Add in the cleaned Crab and Salt, mix them well, Add a cup of water bring the curry to boil well, cover and cook them in medium flame..
Add a handful of Cleaned chopped coriander leaves to the curry and again cover and cook the pan for few mins.. mix them well and cook till they done.. if you don’t want the gravy make them dry or semi dry..
- Same Preparation can be done for fish or Prawn too..
- No need to add Extra masala, as the recipe contains all the ingredients to Grind
- Use Fresh Crab for good taste..
- This is a no coconut recipe, if you want you can add a cup of coconut milk and cook the crab..
