Nenthrapazha Panniyaram/Banana Panniyaram
Nenthrapazha Panniyaram, any one visit from home town will bring a big bag of nenthrapazha, also this ape’s are very easy to feed kids, sometime Jess like to take this hands for school too..
here in my home all loves Panniyram, what ever sweet or savoury they love to munch, i thing the shape is the best part of it.. cute small panniyram’s always tempt to pick some in hands.. have tried so many varieties in this type, this consume less oil than the deep fried one.. nenthrapazha is a called as king of banana, this is loaded with lots of nutritious, but here no one like to have the banana as it is, since they were large in size, no one touch.. so i have to break my head for new recipes with nenthrapazha.. mostly for breakfast i try this fees this banana here.. and here you go with the recipe first.. This is my 45th post f 365..

Take Good Ripped Banana
Peel them chop them into pieces
In a mixer, Take the chopped banana, sugar, Coconut and Yellaki(Cardamon), Grind them to a smooth past no need to add any water..
Add The wheat flour, if need add some water and grind this along with the mixture..
Add a tsp of baking soda and mix them well, wait for 5 mins.. in the mean time, heat the ape pan(Panniyara Pan)
Grease the pan, use a spoon to fill the pan.. drizzle some oil over the panniyram’s. Cover this with a lid..
Allow to coo this for 3-4 mins, when you see, the panniyram’s will puff and the side will turn brown in color, in the mean turn the panniyaram to the other side(Flip and cook)
Like the, Agan cover and cook this for 3-4 mins.. Once they done take out and serve hot..
- you can add milk instead of water to mixing the four.
- Cook them properly, by put the flame in Medium flame..
- As this is a base of banana, this will be so soft in texture, so while you flip carefully do without break the shape..
