Pav Bhaji, finally the post this is in live.. Last few days i was trying post the basic of this recipe, to fulfil and to relish the best street food of India. Pav Bhaji, Mumabi based street food, Very Popular among the young generation.. Can find pav bhaji in all states of India, that much it had a yummy name on it..
Some people start to crave Pav Bhaji very badly once heard the name itself, no doubt I’m in with you,
Few recipes i noted in TO do list, nowadays I’m trying my level to reach the favourite ones to try in home.. Here we buy pav bhaji in a near by Bakery.. Joe is completely upside down in these.. he never suggest street food or junk foods in diet.. but I will ask this and that to taste.. like once i tasted this Pav bhaji in the Bakery, super duper, damn i fall in the taste.. procedure is some how easy to prepare but need more patients to prepare Pav buns, then Pav haji masala, and finally the Pav bhaji.. Pav Bhaji Masala

Prep Time: 30 min | Cook time: 30-40 mins | Serves: 4-5
||2 medium sized
|Ginger Garlic Paste
||1/2 cup florets
||1/2 cup soaked
|Pav Bhaji Masala
||a handful chopped
Here is the Vegetables which i picked to Prepare Pav bhaji..
Take Carrot, Beans, Cauliflower, Potatoes in the Pressure cooker..
Soak the Green peas for overnight or soak it for 5-6 hours.
Take the Green peas along with the Vegetables, Add some salt.. and Pressure cook it for 2-3 whistles
Mash them well, use a Potato masher..
Heat a pan with butter, Let it melts in low – medium flame..
Sizzle the Jeera and pop it out..
Add in the Finely chopped Onions to the pan..
Once it becomes pink color, Add the Ginger Garlic paste..
Followed by chopped green chillies..
Add i the finely chopped tomatoes and cook till the tomatoes get mushed well
Add in the Chillie powder, Coriander powder, graham masala and Turmeric powder, saute them for 3-4 mins,
to remove the raw smell of the masala… once done add the mashed vegetables and give a good mix..
Here is the masala.. wait wait.. not completed till we had to continue few more steps…
Add in the finely chopped Capsicum and mix for a while and cover and allow this to cook for 2-3 mins..
Finally add the Pav bhaji masala and mix them..
Al Done, Now add a handful of chopped coriander leaves to the pan and give a saute..
Slit the Pav buns to half in the middle, Toast them with some butter, and fill the Bhaji, cover with other toasted side and start your yum yum..
