 Toasted Bagels, Yesterday i posted the bagel bun preparation, This chewy bread is ultimate taste after toasted.. Normally Bread toast is a staple and easy breakfast in home, but trying toast in different bread is really a fun cook..

I suggest this toast to serve hot for better taste.. After the Baking partners challenge, i was with a good batch of bagels in hand, and how a Poland bread will feed my family, they need a indian touch rite, so i plan to make this chewy bread into hot hot toast.. Joe is very particular in breakfast, he never like english breakfast.. but the french toast is his most favourite one.. this Toasted bagels also added in to his favourite list.. And this is my “Day 38 of B365″

Ingredients

Bagels 3-4
Egg 2 nos
Milk 1/4 cup
Vanilla Extract 1 tsp
Sugar 4-5 tsp
Ghee/Butter/Oil 2-3 tsp

 

Method

Cut the bagels in the middle as shown in the picture

Crack a egg in a mixing bowl, Add in the milk

Add enough sugar and vanilla essence

Beat them well

Heat a tawa, Drop the bagel buns in to the egg mix..

Place them the hot tawa, and put the flame to medium high..

Drizzle some ghee/butter/oil over the toast..

Flip and cook the buns..

Cook till both the end had a golden brown touch.. Serve hot with cup of tea or coffee
