Vada Pav, Popular Mumbai Street food.. as like Pav bhaji, this one also had a big warm welcome from Indian’s.. Here i can see lot of street food shops in all over the Bangalore area.. That too which serves a best street foods and cover their regular customers with these kind of recipes.

In Our area i can see a big crowd around the Bakery shop who serves Pav bhaji and vada Pav.. Fills the tummy heavy, for evening snacks, which can lead a happy shopping all over the streets.. here you found the reason rite.. for evening shopping these kind snacks helps a lot to stand for  a long time.. Entire Recipe consumes some time to finish, You need five recipes to combine together to serve a delicious plate of Vada Pav.. Preparing Green chutney, Tamarind Chutney, Dry Garlic Chutney, Pav bun and Potato Patties.. This is my “Day 26 of B365″

Me and my SIL Enjoyed a lot with this platter.. See How Delicious it looks.. Three chutneys play together like sweet, salt, spicy, tangy which rolls the tongue to crave more.. oh no I’m little bit conscious of my weight.. so i don’t want to explain more about this recipe.. which tempt me to crave for another plate go Vada pav now itself.. These Chutney can be later used for Sandwich, and for some chaat recipes too..

Ingredients

Pav Bun 3-4 
Tamarind Chutney 3 tsp
Green chutney 3 tsp
Dry Garlic Chutney 3 tsp
Potato Patties 3-4 nos

Ingredients to Make Potato Patties

Potato 2 large
Oil 1/2 cup
Jeera 1 tsp
Ginger 1 tsp grated
Garlic 3-4 pods
Green chillies 2 nos
Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Hing 1/2 tsp
Besan Four 1/4 cup
Chilly Powder 1/4 tsp
Coriander Leaves 2 spring 

 Method

Pressure cook the potatoes, peel them, mash it and keep aside.. Heat a Pan with oil, temper with Jeera..

Add the Crushed Garlic ginger and green chilly cook till the raw smell goes out..

Add 1/4 tsp of Turmeric powder and hing, fry them for few mins..

Add the Fried ix to the Mashed potato and chopped coriander leaves..

Mix them and make even sized balls..

Take Besan flour, Chilly powder,1/4 tsp turmeric powder, salt and 1/4 tsp hing and 1/4 tsp of salt

Mix them with 1/2 cup of water and blend without clumps..

Drop the potato balls to the mix using a spoon..

Heat a pan with oil and Deep fry the Patties..

Here i fried 4 patties in one batch..

Flip and cook the patties..

Drain out the patties & put them in a kitchen napkin..

How to Assemble the Vada Pav 
Here is the ingredients for Vada Pav.. All you need is Pav Bun, Potato Patties, Green chutney, Tamarind Chutney, Dry Garlic chutney

Slit the pav bun.. Spread the Tamarind chutney over the buns..

Next the Green chutney.. Spread them well.

Now put a generous spoon of Dry garlic chutney

Followed by the Potato Patties..

And Place the slitted bun.. if you want more masala version apply the chutney in the upper part of the bun too..
