Nowadays we stopped stepping on, after seeing some news in Social media about their preparations and ingredients.. we all a big fan of chicken Nuggets, i didnt refer any recipe for this preparation.. simply i tried it the McD Experience.. but its really awe, these chicken pieces are too good taste, crunchy outside, with good soft juice chicken blended with mild spices.. Prep Time: 2 hrs | Cook time: 15 mins | Serves: 3-4
|Ginger Garlic paste
||1/2 cup to deep fry
Take boneless chicken, wash them, cut them into thin pieces
See the thickness of the chicken piece.. its really thin to hold enough in hands. (not like paper thin) hope you got an idea from the picture..
Add ginger garlic paste, Pepper powder, Cinnamom powder, salt and lime juice to the chicken pieces.
This is meant to be the first marination.. mix altogether and keep aside for 30-40 mins..
And then add chilly powder, turmeric powder, Graham masala..
Mix them well, and split the chicken pieces and marinate again for 1 hour
Beat the egg in a mixing bowl.
Add the marinated chicken pieces to the egg, mix them well.. (you can dip the chicken pieces in egg too, as the pieces are small to handle, i add all in one bowl and mix them together..)
Roll egg chicken pieces in the bread crumbs
Drop the chicken pieces into the hot oil..
Repeat the same for all the pieces..
Flip and cook the chicken till they turns golden brown color..
- Use of Ginger Garlic helps in digestion and flavour of chicken will be good..
- Lime used to tenderise the chicken.
- Fry the chicken nuggets in medium high flame, which helps to avoid drinking of oil.
