Stuffed Sweet bun, This is quite a interesting recipe, nowadays baking bread in home makes me so happy.. Last when i did Coconut bun, i have some stuffing and doug in hand , i put the left over dough in freezer..
And the stuffing in refrigerator.. after two days i got a thought a idea of doing this bun, here i shared the recipe from the start.. these buns are best for breakfast.. soft pillowy sweet stuffed bun, baking bread in home is a special feel, makes to feel like proud as a baker.. can stuff some savoury stuffing too, some non veg stuffing also, eager to try many more varieties, hope this post will help you guys, Day 55 of B365
Stuffed Sweet Bun

Ingredients For Stuffing
|Orange Food Colour
Take some Luke warm water in a bowl, add sugar and dry yeast in it, mix them well and set them aside for 10-15 mins..
Here is my proved yeast, The mix will foam up as shown below..
Take Maida/APF,Salt in a mixing bowl, Add the yeast water..
Add in milk, mix them gently, can use some water if need
Here is the roughly kneaded dough..
Drizzle some oil over this dough and knead again, to make the dough soft.. Keep them aside in a warm place for 2-3 hours..
See how beautiful, the proved dough looks..
Heat a pan with ghee, fry cashews..
Add raisins and Food Color
And add some freshly grated coconut, and saute for a while.
Now my favourite part, Add in the sugar..
No need to keep till the sugar melts.. add some Tutti fruity and off the flame, bring this to room temperature..
Take a lemon sized ball..
Flat the ball.
Keep a spoon full of stuffing in it..
Roll again to make a smooth ball..
Line them in the baking tray again..
Again keep aside for 30 -60 mins to puff up the balls, brush with some milk or beaten Egg white,
Put hem in a preheated oven and bake this till the top turns golden brown in color. approx it took 15-18 mins for each batch..
See slowly how the top color turning to golden color.

Fully done.. bring tis to room temperature and serve..
