Ingredients to grind
Take the ingredients to grind in a mixer and find them finely by adding some water
Take the chopped bottled gourds and water in pot, add salt and turmeric, cook this for 5-8 mins..
once the bottleogurd get cooked, add the grounded masala and allow this boil, to remove the raw smell.. once the raw smell moves ,switch of the flame..
Beat the curd, give a good mix, check for salt and adjust in it..
Heat a pan with oil temper with mustard,Onion, Red Chilly and curry leaves, add this tadka to the curry, serve this spicy vegetable fry..
