Thipilli Rasam/Long Pepper Rasam

Prep Time: 10 mins | Cook time: 15-20 mins | Serves: 3-4
Ingredients to roast
|| 3-4 nos
||small Lemon sized
|| 1/2 tsp
Dry Roast he Ingredients in medium flame, bring this to room temperature
Add Garlic, Ginger, curry leaves and roast ingredients in to the mixer, and found to coarse powder..
WAsh and clean the Tomatoes, Cut them into rough pieces, take tamarind together..
Add a Cup of water..
Bring this boil, tomatoes should mushed well..
Cool it and squeeze he Skin out..
Heat some oil in a pan, Temper it with mustard( sorry for the messy pan, i used the same one)
Add Curry Leaves and Red chilly, saute them for a while..
Add in the grounded powder..
Followed by the Hing and Turmeric powder.. saute this to remove the raw smell..
And finally add the squeezed water..
Allow this boil in medium flame..
And once you off the flame, add some salt and Chopped coriander Leaves to the pan..
