For bachelors this recipe will be a handy one.. can make green chutney and white sauce Keep them refrigerate for a week.. and a pack of fresh bread needed to make this, just two slice of sandwich will fills your tummy..
And a tips for Diet watchers, you can go with Multi grain bread/Wheat bread.. Also the filling vegetable can be vary of you choice. then what else, for non veg readers, you guys can go with some roasted chicken or omelette. This can be packed for snacks also.. kids love the wrap of mayo/white sauce.. and for dipping use some drops of ketchup for a finishing.. Absolute interesting recipe to share with you all.. Ingredients for green chutney
|| 3-4 springs
Grind the green chutney, don’t add the lime juice while grinding..
Once the green chutney was done, squeeze the lime juice and give a mix to the chutney.. Boil the potatoes, peel, slice them and keep aside, along with the potatoes, slice the tomatoes and onion
Spread one side of the bread white sauce
, and take other two pieces and spread the green chutney to the bread slices..
Set onion, tomato and boiled potatoes and add some butter over the bread, place the white sauced bread over the vegetable bed.. preheat the toaster and place the bread set into the toaster..
Cook this till they one.. here you go..
- Can your favorite vegetable.. for the stuffing..
- Instead of white sauce you can use mayonnaise sauce too..
