Totally this is a awe recipe.. long time plan to try this recipe, i found so many variation, and i came through with my version for my family taste.. Jess loves chicken recipes, he had a craze on chicken.. these kind of minced recipes will be easy for kids, we had mutton sheikh kebab in BBQ, from the day i taste i plan to prepare this in home.. This recipe is super moist soft buttery taste.. This is my 104th continuous recipe..
Chicken Sheekh Kebab/Kabab

Soak the Skewers in a bowl of water..
Take Boneless chicken in a mixer, pulse this for a min, to mince the chicken..
Take Onion, Ginger, Garlic, Green chile, Coriander Leaves in the mixer, i used the same mixer..
Grind this to a smooth paste, no need to add any water..
Add the Grounded masala to the minced chicken..
Add chilli powder, Turmeric powder, Salt, Garaham masala..
Followed by melted butter, lime juice.. knead them and set aside for marination, i put them them to marinate for 1 hour.
Shape them and Put the chicken roll into the Skewers.
Heat a tawa place the Chicken kebab’s, Brush with some oil/Butter
Carefully flip and cook the kebabs
All done, and ready to serve.. this can be served with some mint chutney for starters..
- I found in some recipes had bread crumbs in the sheekh kebab..
- Adjust the Hotness by chiilie powder or in green chilli..
