Lotus Seed Fry

Lotus Seed Fry, Few Months back i bought a pack of Lotus seed from Nilgris.. i know this is too healthy,, and consumed more in fasting times.. but never i tasted the recipes with this, and tried the Lotus seed Kheer, and shared it few months back..
Finally i had the left over lotus seed, and plan to finish it with a single shot.. and tried this.. Found the recipe in Google, Very simple, crispy Low calorie snack to much on Rainy days or Monsoon Evening.. Protein packed Lotus seeds, i saw some curry recipes too.. but the texture is completely new to me.. so i was pushing the plan of making curry on it.. 81st post of continuous blogging
Ingredients
Lotus Seed | 1 cup |
Oil | 1 tsp |
Red Chilly Powder | 1/2 tsp |
Graham Masala | 1/4 tsp |
Turmeric Powder | 1/4 tsp |
Salt | to taste |
Method
This is meant to Lotus seed(puffed Lotus seed)
Heat a pan with oil, Add in the Lotus seed, toss them well..
Here Is the Masala’s we used for this fry..
Sprinkle some salt and toss the seeds
And finally add the masala powders..
Evenly spread the Masala’s over the seeds..
All done sere with a cup of chia..
