Mom often advice to add Beetroots in diet, she does in the form of curry, how ever this beetroots are done there will be mild sweetness, only thing i love this vegetable is of its bright red color, when mom pack lunch with beetroot curry, lunch dapper rice will turn to red color which i love most to pick the red color rice, other than dry curry and pachadi i don’t know much recipe of it, sometimes i add this in brownies or in cakes, but regular intake of this juice i can see so many changes which brings instant energy, as its sugary in nature love to relish in this form.. hope this post will help for you too.. 1. Peel and chop the Beetroot and carrot, Deseed the pomegranate
2. Take chopped beetroots, carrots, ginger, deseeded pomegranate in a blender, add in the honey grind by adding little water.
3. Add enough water, strain out the juice, add mote honey if needed.
4. Serve with Chilled ice if need.
