Preethi Turbo chopper is an extraordinary tool, which helps in chopping, blending, here I tried my cake mixing in the turbo chopper, I was amazed with the result the cake was too soft fluffy. Preerthi Turbo chopper is my second gadget from Preethi Kitchen Appliances, Where I feel the worth of the brand that they did a great innovative instrument, it’s a dream come true for a busy home maker. Preethi turbo chopper is a multiple functional tool, which can chop, mince and blend. Preethi Turbo chopper is an effective tool for a busy homemaker, earlier I used to spend more than 60 mins to chop and arranging the vegetables for cooking.
As a food blogger and a mom of two little kids makes my morning time very hectic. Now after Using this turbo chopper my morning time was well scheduled and organised. My preparation time was reduced much as I deciding the recipe to make. It Chops the onion by the same way we need for Omelette, this chopping method helps to cook the onions fast than the usual time.
Not only for chopping and mincing, I have tried to crush my thooran masala in this turbo chopper, that was perfect like a pro. Sine the bowl unit is transparent I can Make out the consistency for the thooran masala. For the thooran masala grind the onion, chilli, Jeera, garlic together and finally add the grated coconut to crush the fresh masala.

Preethi Turbo chopper has a Stainless steel blade, it has 0.7 litres bowl capacity. Preethi Turbo chopper has 450 watts Motor. The Bowl is Made of SAN material and designed with ABS material. This proves that Tubo Chopper is a Shock proof Product.
Assembling Preethi Turbo chopper:
Preethi Turbo chopper has a Motor unit, Lid, Blade unit and a Bowl. Take the Preethi turbo chopper bowl, place the blade unit inside the bowl (blade should face the base). Add your content. Cover the bowl with lid, place the motor over the lid. Plug in to switch ON, gently press the motor head..

Preethi Turbo chopper appliance complies with all standards regarding electromagnetic fields(EMF). If handled properly and according to the instructions in the user manual, the appliance is safe to use.

- Never Immerse the motor unit in water or any other liquid, nor rinse it under the tap water. Use only a moist cloth to clean the motor unit.
- Be very careful when you handle the blade unit. Be especially careful when you remove it from the bowl, when you empty the bowl and when you clean it. Its cutting edges are very sharp.
- Check if the voltage indicated on the appliance corresponds to the local mains voltage before you connect the appliance.
- Do not use the appliance if the mains cord, the plug or other parts are damaged.
- If the main cord is damaged, replace it by Preethi, a Service centre authorised by Preethi or similarly qualifies persons in order to avoid a hazard.
- Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made bu children unless they are older than 8 and supervised.
- Keep the Appliance and its cord out of the reach of children aged less than 14 years.

- Don’t fill the bowl unit completely, adding quantities in half of the bowl unit for best performance.
- Cut large ingredients into pieces of approximately 2cm before you process them.
- Never fill the bowl with ingredients that are hotter than 80c/175F
- If the ingredients stick to the wall of the bowl, remove the motor unitard the lid. then loosen the ingredients with a spatula or add some liquid.
- Never use any accessories or parts from other manufacturers or that Preethi does not specifically recommend.
- This appliance is intended for household use only.
- Never use Scouring pads, abrasive cleaning agent to aggressive liquids such as petrol or acetone to clean the appliance.
- Don’t fill the bowl unit completely, adding quantities in half of the bowl unit for best performance.

Personal Thoughts on Preethi Turbo chopper:
- This Gadget is a pro one for Home makers.
- The size is very compact when compared to other food processor or blender.
- Preethi Turbo chopper is not a kids friendly gadget, Kids below 10 years are not advised to use alone.
- If the Gadget is smaller in size, that can chop 150-200 gms of Onion at a time. So if bulk quantity of Vegetable are there to chop, then make them in batches for better result.
- This Gadget is perfect for gifting and the price of the gadget is not much expensive when compared to other food processors.
