Fish fry


Ingredients:
Fish – 1/4 kg (sliced)
Oil
Masala:
Chilli powder- 2 tsp
Coriander powder – 2 tsp
Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
Pepper powder-  1tsp
Salt
Rice flour- 1 tsp
Lime juice – 1 tsp
Method:
* Mix all the masala ingredients to paste.
* Spread the masal over the cleaned – sliced fish 
* Marinate it for 1/2 an hour in refrigerator
* Heat the pan with oil & Fry the fish on both sides
* Fry the fish in medium flame for 10 mins on each side.
* It’s ready to Serve
