Chicken curry(Gujarati Method)/ Marghanu Shaak

It’s my 100th post don’t know how i reached the Mile stone(100th post)…Thank Every viewers.
Now coming to Gujarati Chicken curry… very easy version of chicken…….. very tasty too… i used my fresh homemade G G Masala. I Amazed with the result.. “Marghanu Shaak” it’s Gujarati name.. this curry goes well with Roti/Dosa/Rice… 
I Did in pressure cooker. you can try this in kadai by this steps..also you can add Coconut and cashew paste along with this..I’ll update that curry soon.. this taste’s good..

Chicken- 1 kg
Oil- 1/4 cup
Onion- 1 
Tomato- 1
Fresh Masala– 2 tsp (Ginger & Garlic paste)
Chillie powder- 1 tsp
Coriander powder- 1tsp
Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
Graham masala– 1/2 tsp (Home made)
Curry leaves
Cardamom- 2nos
Cloves- 2 nos
Cinamon- 1 inch

Here is the ingredients

whole spices

Heat the pan with oil, fry the whole spices and curry leaves

Saute the onion

Add the fresh masala & chillie powder, coriander powder, ghram masala, turmeric powder

Add in the chicken

Add in tomato & salt make it boil for 2 whistles
