Tomato Biryani

Tomato Biryani, very easy one pot meal in hurry burry morning time… Not much side dish need to fill your tummy with this yummy biryani…. Kid love to have this, my boy enjoyed the new taste… simple Raita, Potato fries, Egg or any other of your choice, We enjoy this biryani with these items…. 

I’ll Prepare this Biryani in my lazy time, No need to worry of the side dish and curry know….. Also all the ingredients are near to the hand in pantry…
Basmati Rice- 1 cup
Tomato- 3-4 nos
Onion- 1/2 
Coriander leaves- 5 tsp
Green chilli-2 nos
Oil + Ghee- 3tsp
Chillie powder- 1 tsp
Graham masal- 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp
Cardamom- 2 
Cinnamon- 1 inch
Cloves- 2 nos
Star Anise- 1/2
Bay leaf- 1

Here is the ingredients

Heat the oil + Ghee and fry the whole spices

Saute the onion for few mins and add the green chilli and bay leaf

Add in the GG Paste(Fresh masal Paste) and Tomatoes..

Cook till them mashed

Add in the Measured Water (1:1.75) ratio, add the powdered masala one by one

Add in the Rice and top with coriander leaves & salt

Cook for 2 whistles in medium flame.. wait till the steam release

Poke with a fork to avoid the broken rice
