Pepper Chicken

Pepper chicken is a flavored chicken curry… that’s yumm with all the combination… even with breads and buns.. can do this as semigravy type, gravy type, or roast type curry…. 

This post is for BM #27 Week 4 Day 3.. in MISC theme… this curry reminds my brother… he loved to have this with Dosa…. freshly grounded pepper & jerra gives full flavored curry… those who ghate tomato in chicken can sure try this curry.. if you feel adding some tangy taste or some different taste can add some dash of tomato sauce or ketchups… 

Preparation time-10mins
Cooking Time- 40 mins
Serves- 3-4

Chicken- 1/2 kg
Pepper + Jeera- 3tsp + 2 tsp (Ground freshly)
Pepper powder- 1 tsp
Onion- 1 cup (Finely chopped)
Ginger garlic paste- 3 tsp(Fresh)
Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
Graham masala- 1/2 tsp

Heat the kadai with oil and saute the onion foe few mins
Add the Ginger Garlic paste
Add int he cleaned chicken
Add the turmeric powder, Graham masala, freshely grounded pepper and jeera with some salt
Give them a good mix
Add a cup of water
Cover and cook till the chicken was done
