Peanut Chutney

Peanut Chutney goes well with Idli, Dosa, Very simple method to do….

Peanut- 1 cup
Pearl onion- 4-5 nos
Garlic- 3-4 pods
Red Chillie- 4-5
Tamarind- 1 inch
Ginger- 1 pc

For Tempering:
Mustard- 1 tsp
Urad dhal- 1/2 tsp
Channa dhal- 1/2 tsp
Jeera- 1/2 tsp
curry leaves

Grab all the ingredients
Separately dry roast the peanut in low flame till they done
Roasted peanuts
Heat the pan and fry onion, garlic, ginger
Grind all together

Temper with tempering items…
