|Thuvar dhal/thuvaram Paruppu||1/2 cup|
|Channa Dhal||1/4 cup|
|Salt||as per taste|
1. Take thoovar dhal, channa dhal, Garlic, Hing, red chillie, pepper in a pan with some oil fry in medium flame till the color change.. have to sautet his for 15 mins in medium-low flame..
- Cook the dhal in low – medium flame, if it done in high flame it may burn easily..
- Grind the cooled mixture by drizzling some water..
