For the very first time i had this with aloo paratha.. which my neighbour prepared this for a dinner.. and second time in south indian veg Restaurant.. I love the Garlic flavor in this chutney.. if you like the raw smell of tomato and garlic.. then this will be best for.. very easy and simple preparation with in few mins… lets go on to the recipe…
Raw Tomato Chutney
Prep Time: 5 mins | Cook time: 0 mins | Serves: 2
Ingredients
Tomato | 2 nos |
Green chili | 3-4 |
Coriander Leaves | 2-3 spring |
Garlic | 2-3 pods |
Ginger | 1/2 inch (optional) |
Salt | as needed |
Method:
1. Take all the ingredients, wash and clean them chop the tomatoes roughly and peel out the garlic…
2. Take all ingredients together in a mixer with salt.. grind it to a smooth paste..
3. Transfer the chutney to the Bowl and serve immediately with Paratha, Roti’s, Idli, Dosa, or any of the choice of yours..
Notes
- Adding Ginger is your choice.. if you don’t like the ginger flavor, then skip it..
- Use good ripped Tomatoes..
- Adjust the spice level to your choice..
