Ingredients
Pearl Onion | 1/2 cup |
Garlic | 6-8 pods |
Tomato | 1 nos |
Curry Leaves | 1 spring |
Oil | 1/4 cup |
Mustard | 1 tsp |
Urad dhal | 1/2 tsp |
Tamarind Water | 1 cup |
Ingredients To Roast and Grind
Coconut | 1/4 cup |
Jeera | 1 tsp |
Pepper | 1 tsp |
Pearl Onion | 5-6 nos |
Garlic | 4-5 pods |
Chilli powder | 1 tsp |
Coriander Powder | 1 tsp |
Turmeric Powder | 1/4 tsp |
Sambar Powder | 1 tsp |
Curry Leaves | 1 spring |
Methi seeds | 1/2 tsp |
Preparation:
- Peel and Roughly chop the Onion, garlic
- Roast and grind to a smooth paste
- Squeeze the tamarind and take a cup of tamarind juice

- Roast the ingredients carefully, roast it without burning the ingredients..
- Grind them to a smooth buttery paste..
- Can add some more veg like brinjal and drumstick to it..
