Custard Cookies, Have you heard about mouth melting cookies, when i tasted this for the first bite i completely melted.. who ever taste this cookie they can’t believe the fact, does a home made cookie taste this good???
Custard Powder is always a magical ingredient in my kitchen i hope most of you use it like this only.. when i browsed some good cookie in Vah chef’s page i got this cookie,There he showed a egg version of custard cookies, i clearly followed his instruction in this recipe, but i tried this without eggs, this crispy buttery vanilla flavored cookie taste best than anything.. And the December month had start all in the plan for christmas… make a good batch of this cookie and surprise your family.. very less time consuming cookie with great taste.. Here all the cookie vanished in a hour.. Here you go and do try and let me know how it turned for you..
Prep Time: 10 mins | Cook time: 10-12 mins | Temperature: 180C
|Custard Powder||1/4 cup|
|Baking Powder||1/4 tsp|
|Baking Soda||a pinch|
1. Take the sugar in a blender powder it finely.. Preheat the oven for 5 mins @ 180C
- All the ingredients should in Room Temperature..
- If you take the butter just out from the refrigerator, microwave it for 10-20 sec, make sure not to melt the butter..
- Rolling the cookie dough in sugar and baking is your choice..
