Tikka meant for a piece or for a cube, Chicken Pieces marinated in Curd and lime juice to tenderise the texture and again spiced up with masala, for marination.. These marination tooks few hours to do, then in a oven/tandoor/Barbecued cook the marinates chicken and serve.. here i focus for color and i used kashmiri red chillies, you can reduce the spice level, my tikka’s are spicy and really hot in taste..

|Chilie powder||1 tsp|
|Coriander Powder||3/4 tsp|
|Garam masala||3/4 tsp|
|Turmeric Powder||1/4 tsp|
|Ginger Garlic Paste||1/2 tsp|
|Red Food Color||a pinch|
- Here i used the Food color, so it looks pretty dark red in color..
- Adjust the spices depend to the taste..
- Can add some Capsicum chunks and onion pieces too..
