Ingredients
Mango | 1 nos |
Curd | 1cup |
Sugar | 1/4 cup |
Milk | 1/2 cup |
Method
Here is my Fresh Ripped Mangoes..
Peel Them and Give criss cross slits as shown in the picture
Chop out the pieces from the mango..
Take them in a blender, with sugar..
Add Milk and Curd, blend them well
Blend alt least for 2 mins to make it smooth.
Notes
- Use Fresh Curd and pulpy mangoes for good taste..
- Can use chilled milk too..
- if you want add 1/4 cup of water to dilute the lassi..
