Mango Lassi

 Mango Season gets to an end, and I’m very late to post mango recipes this year.. This mango lassi is our Staple one during summer days, mainly served after the Sunday Lunch, Which is perfect to Full fill the heavy meal..

Summer will be happy only with this King Fruit.. where ever you see, can find mango retailers, all vegetable shops will filled with the fruit.. such a variety it had.. earlier i don’t have the knowledge of mango varieties, last few years i saw so many varieties in market.. our favourite one is Banganapalli.. And This simple post is all about the easy mango lassi.. Day4 of B365

Mango Lassi

Ingredients

Mango 1 nos
Curd 1cup
Sugar 1/4 cup
Milk 1/2 cup

 

Method

 Here is my Fresh Ripped Mangoes.. 
 
Peel Them and Give criss cross slits as shown in the picture 
 
 
Chop out the pieces from the mango.. 
 
 
Take them in a blender, with sugar.. 
 
 
Add Milk and Curd, blend them well
 
 
Blend alt least for 2 mins to make it smooth. 
 
 
 

Notes

  • Use Fresh Curd and pulpy mangoes for good taste..
  • Can use chilled milk too..
  • if you want add  1/4 cup of water to dilute the lassi..
