Found so many variation in this.. and this one comes to my mind to give a try.. whatever recipe with mango taste like a heaven.. and no change in this recipe too.. Raw sore mango cooked with sweet syrup and tempered with spices to tickle the taste buds.. nothing can beat the sweet sore spicy taste.. Day5 of B365
Mango Sweet Pachadi

Ingredients
Raw Mango | 1 nos |
Water | 1/2 cup |
Jaggery | 1/4 cup |
Oil | 1 tsp |
Mustard | 1/2 tsp |
Red chilli | 2 nos |
Hing/Asteafodia/Perungayam | a pinch |
Curry Leaves | 1 spring |
Method
Peel of the mangoes chop them into cubes, don’t think this one is ripped, this is such a sore taste with bright yellow color..
Add 1/2 cup of water to the pressure cooker and keep them in pressure for 1 whistle.
Once the pressure released open the pan and mash them well..
Take the Jaggery powder in a Pan.. add little amount of water
Bring this to boil and allow the jaggery to melt completely.. once done switch of the flame, Strain the impurities and keep them aside.
Heat a pan with oil, temper with Mustard, let them Pop out well..
Add The red chillies and Curry Leaves and hing/Perungayam fry them for few mins..
Add the jaggery syrup to the pan and bring this to boil..
Add the mashed mango puree to the pan and boil them
Boil them well, and switch off the flame..
Notes
- Use Fresh mango, Sore mango result best..
- Serve with Roti, Rice..
