Sukku Kappi Podi

Ingredients

சுக்கு/Dry Ginger 1/2  cup/100 gms
கொத்தமல்லி/Coriander Seeds 1/4 cup/50 gms
மிளகு/Pepper 2 tsp
சீரகம்/jeera 1 tsp

 

Method

Here is the ingredients for the recipe
 
Peel the Dry Ginger Skin and roughly crash them using a hand presser.. 
 
 
Transfer the Dry ginger to a mixer and grind them.. 
 
 
Set this aside.. This is how the powdered Dry Ginger Looks
 
 
 
Now take rest all of the ingredients in a pan, in medium flame heat them up and most them slightly just to poke out the aroma of the Ingredients.. 
 
 
All done.. Make them cool to room temperature.. 
 
 
Add the Roasted ingredients to the mixer along with the dry ginger powder and grind them together.. 
 
 
Sukku Kappi Podi is ready.. 
 
 
Store them in a Air Tight Container..

  •  சுக்கு தோலை நீக்கி, அம்மியில் வைத்து இடித்து வைக்கவும்.
  • கொத்தமல்லி, மிளகு, சீரகம் இவற்றை வறுத்து, ஆறவிடவும்.
  • இடித்த சுக்கு வறுத்த பொருட்களையும் மிக்ஸியில் பொடித்து காற்று புகாத டப்பாவில் அடைக்கவும்.
