Pav Bhaji masala, Before i start the mission i don’t even think it consumes so much work.. small small part of work Leads my Pav bhaji preparation t one lengthy..
But Im clear much more clear in this time.. Recipe which tried form the scratch to end will have the full successful of posting here..
And Home made masala had a special flavours to appetite the tummy well.. This is an easy masala version for pav bhaji, i should mark the fact here.. my Pav bhaji is had a sparkling taste coz of this Masala, i have no idea in store bought pav bhaji masala.. here you go with the Pav bhaji masala recipe.

Pav Bhaji Masala

Red Chillie 5-6 nos
Coriander Seeds 2 tsp
Jeera 1 tsp
Fennel Seeds 1/2 tsp
Cardamon 1 nos
Cloves 2-3 nos
Peppercorns 1/2 nos
Dry Mango 1/2 tsp



Take all the ingredients in the pan, I don’t have Dry mango powder, so i put a small piece of Mango… 
Here is the Dry mango piece. 
Dry Roast them well, bring this mixture to room temperature and finely powder them in a mixer.. 


    • I don’t have Dry mango powder so i used Dry mango piece here.. 
    • No need to add oil for roasting..
