Caramel Custard Pudding

 Caramel Custard Pudding, Very Healthy pudding, this is my aunt’s recipe.. who shared each and every line of the recipe with clear instruction over phone.. Tried this recipe earlier.. but i feel some Eggy smell on it..

This one is absolute delicious.. Kids Love this Pudding, Smooth rich textured pudding.. After step out from the Sick bed, Caramel Custard Pudding is an Instant Energy gainer.. Caramel Custard Pudding

Prep Time: 10 mins | Cook time: 20-30 mins | Serves: 4


Egg 2 nos
Sugar 1/2 cup + 3 tsp
Milk 1.5 cups
Vanila Essence 1 tsp



These Are the Equipments needed for this recipe.. A Steamer and a Baking Pan, which suits to the Steamer.. 
Take Sugar and Egg in a mixer.. beat this well.. 
Add in the Milk and Beat again.. 
Add Vanilla Essence and beat them well.. 
Now take the baking pan.. or Aluminium Pan.. 
Heat this in Low Flame.. 
Slowly this starts to Caramelise.. and with in few mins, sugar will starts to crystallise.. once the color turns brown and starts to melt.. switch off the flame.. 
Use a Holder and Swirl the pan.. 
All done.. 
Here is the Caramelised Pan and pudding mix.. 
Strain the Pudding mix to the pan.. 
Fill the Steamer with Water.. 
Place the Steamer Plate.. 
Now slowly place the Baking pan into the steamer.. 
Cover this with a foil paper.. 
and close the lid.. Keep this in flame for 25-30 mins.. Depends on quantity the timing will vary.. 
Remove the Foil paper and Check the Pudding.. if not done, again cover it with Foil paper and Steam for few more mins.. 
Once the pudding is hold enough to room Temperature.. Invert a plate over the pudding.. 
Invert the Pan.. 
Slowly remove the baking pan.. Here you go.. 


    • Use Full Fat milk for better pudding.. 
    • Adjust Sugar to  your preference..
