Fish Curry with Fresh Coconut Masala
Fish Curry, means a lot for many of us, those who like sea food will never say no to fish curry.  Fish curry has many variation, but the basic masala will not going to be change. This preparation was my mom-in-laws one. Very simple method and time consuming curry, this time I got some fresh drumstick and mangoes from my hometown.  This curry Pairs with Rice, Roti, Idli, Dosa, Neer Dosa and so on. I generally like to try fish curry with new main dishes.  Hope this post gives an interesting curry.  Do try and let us know about experience. 

Fish- 1/4 kg
Tamarind Water- 1 cup
Drumstick- 1

For masala:
Coconut- 1 cup
Pepper- 1 tsp
Jeera- 1 tsp
Onion- 10-12
Coriander powder- 1 tsp
Chillie powder- 1 tsp
Turmeric powder-1/4 tsp

For Tempering:
Oil- 3-4 tsp
Onion- 1 tsp
Mustard- 1 tsp
Methi- 1/4 tsp
Green cillie-2 nos
Curry leaves

Collect all the ingredients listed in the table
These are the Ingredients for making masala,  grind them in a mixer to a smooth & fine paste
Mix the fish ,Tamarind water, drumstick, mango, and grounded masala with salt & cook them in medium flame
Cook it for 20-25 mins in medium flame. Check the Drumstick, & cook till it get soft. Don’t stir the curry Often,  fish will break out.
Take all the Ingredients for tempering. Heat the pan with oil splutter the mustard and methi, saute the onion, green chillie, tomatoes & curry leaves. Add them to the curry
