Senai Kizhangu Roast
Senai kizhangu Roast/ Elephant yam Roast.. One of favorite in my school days…. Still i can remember those days… often i demand my mom to pack this roast for my lunch box….yums with curd Rice and any type Rice gives a best hand to this Roast.. even for any non veg also ….

Elephant Yam/ Senai kizhangu- 1/4 kg
Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
Chicken masala/ Ghram masala- 1 tsp
Chilli powder- 1 tsp

Here is the ingredients
Peel slice the Elephant yam/ senai kizhangu and boil it with salt and turmeric powder.. carefull in this step just allow for 1 boil
Drain them up… Spread over the masala(Chicken masala/ graham masala+ Chillie powder + salt [a lit]) marinate this for 1/2 hour
Heat the tawa with drizzling some oil, spread the Marinated pieces 
Flip it to next side Roast till they done…
