Eggless Triamisu

 This month we got the challenge from Sowmya to try the Triamisu.. which is an classic Italian dessert… never heard about this also… first time trying this rich dessert and tasting this yummy… when i think it about eggless challenge i couldn’t steo forward to do this… never i know the taste with Egg based triamisu.. after doing this egg less Triamisu quite interesting and inviting taste it is.. it’s not much sugary… blended with coffee in one side cocoa in other side… other than creamy chesse… simply the taste was awesome ..Thank Gayathri to give the chance to try this Dessert.

Stage 1:
Ingredients for  savoiardi Egg less Biscuit/ Lady fingers:
Maida- 1 cup
Milk- 1/2 cup
Butter- 3/4 cup
Sugar- 1/2 cup
Baking Soda- 1/2 tsp
Vanilla essence- 1 tsp

Here is the ingredients for savoiardi Egg less Biscuit/ Lady fingers
Beat the Butter and sugar to a smooth creamy texture
Add in the milk and vanilla 
Sieve the flour and baking soda mix them well
Grease the tray , set your oven to 200C and preheat it, fill the mixture in a piping bag, as i dont hav the disposable piping bag i used the ziplock cover to make the shape
Line the biscuits in a tray
All lined up
Bake it for 10-12 mins in 200 C
Stage 2:
Ingredients for Mascarpone Cheese:
Heavy cream- 200ml
Ingredients for mascarpone Cheese
If you have milk boiler then no worries directly do this step in it, i dont use milk boiler… so i took 1 heavy bottomed pan and boil it with water then i place the bowl filled with heavy cream
When the milk reach the heat temp, add the lime juice and mix well… as this is a heavy cream, you’ll not see much curdle in it
take the muslin cloth and drain the curdled heavy cream…
I surprised when seeing this yes the water from the milk released down, here mascarspone cheese is ready
Stage 3:
Ingredients for assembling:
Home made Savoiardi biscuits- 200 gms
Home made mascarspone cheese- 1 cup
Icing sugar- 1/2 cup
Coffee powder- 3 tsp
Water- 1 cup
Cocoa powder- 2 tsp
Here is my home made Savoiardi bisuits and home made Mascarspone chesse
Boil  the water with 3 tsp of coffee powder
Beat the Mascarspone cheese with icing sugar
Now we are in the exact assembling step, Take a loaf pan, bottom it witha cover or cling wrap, Line the Home made Savoiardi biscuits
Drop in some Coffee over it
Spread some icing mixed cheese
Again line up the Savoiardi biscuits for 2nd layer
Drop the remaining coffee
Spread them with the cheese
Top with cocoa powder… as i did it with out giving time the cocoa powder stick in the cheese and gives a gleaming look… refrigerate it for 12 hours to 24 hours
