Egg Salna
I got this recipe from yummy tummy Aarthi’s page… First i tried this recipe for our tour along with roti it tasted Heaven… long back i book marked and tried for few times, sorry here i took so long time to post this yummy curry … it’s a Combination delicious curry for Roti’s, Idli and dosa too… the Same preparation You can substitute the Egg with some chicken.. you’ll taste the Real taste of Street food Salna…


Egg- 3
Onion- 1
Green chilli-2
Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp
Roast and Grind:
Coconut-1/2 cup
Fennel seeds- 1 tsp
Pepper- 1 tsp
Cinnamon Stick- 1 inch
Chillie powder- 1 tsp
Coriander powder- 1 tsp
Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp
Curry leaves
Heat the oil in a kadai fry the Fennel Seeds, Cinnamon, Pepper
Fry the onion
Add in the Tomatoes and Curry leaves
Add in the Coconut
Add the Chillie powder, Turmeric powder and coriander powder
Fry them till done and set aside to cool.. make a fine paste of this mix
In a kadai boil the water with 1 chopped onion, tomato, green chillie, Turmeric powder and Salt.. cover and cook for 5- 8 mins.. 


Add the grind-ed paste
Give a good mix bring them to boil again
Add the beaten Egg and cook 
At first string continuously… to Avoid Egg Clumps
It’s Ready
