Mushroom Manchurian

This Mushroom Manchurian I tasted in a Punjabi Restaurant, My little One Enjoyed much with this dish…. finely i did this in my kitchen… before doing i think it’s quite complicated…. but after watching some video from youtube i got some idea to do.. then i tried in my version… here is the link for Gobi manchurian from my page…
Ingredients:
Mushroom – 200gms
Oil- for frying
For Batter:
Maida- APF- 3 tsp
Corn flour- 2 tsp
Egg white- 1
Graham masala- 1/2 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste- 1/2 tsp
Salt
For Sauteing:
Oil- 2 tsp
Onion- 1/2 cup Finely chopped
Onion leeks/ Spring Onion- 1/2 cup
Ginger GArlic paste- 1/4 tsp
Garlic-2 tsp finely chopped
Green chillie – 1 nos finely chopped
Tomato Ketchup- 3-4 tsp
Preparation:
* Clean the Mushroom and make even size pieces
* Mix the Corn flour, Maida, Graham masala, Ginger and Garlic paste, Egg Whites.. Make a thick paste of this adding few drops of water
