Learn How to make Perfect Veg Fried Rice By step by step pics in this post… This simple dish also can be tried with some left over rice… A Versatile  & Popular Indo chinse Recipe it’s.. those who want low fat version Skip the Ghee and Add Olive oil….

Cooked Rice/Cooked Basmathi Rice- 1 cup
Carrot- 1/2 cup finely chopped
Beans- 1/4 cup finely chopped
Green peas- 1/4 cup
Onion- 1/4 cup finely chopped
Spring onion- 1/2 cup finely chopped
Garlic paste- 1 tsp
Capsicum- 2 tsp finely chopped
Soya Sauce- 1/2 tsp
Green chillie Sauce- 3/4 tsp
Pepper powder- 1 tsp
Salt- tp taste
Oil+Ghee- 1+1 Tsp
* Spread the Rice in a plate make them cool… to separate the Grains
* Heat the Kadai with oil+ghee, Saute the Onion and Garlic paste.
* Once the onions are translucent, Add the Chopped Carrots, Beans and Green Peas 

* Cover & Cook the Veg mixture till they done

*Add the Capsicum and Spring Onions….Can add some spring onions in last also for Garnishing i miss that step we don’t like the raw smell..

* Add the Soya Sauce

* Add the Green Chillie Sauce

* Mix all the veges with Sauce.. add the Pepper powder and salt…. cook for 2 mins

* Add the Cooked Rice…

* Give a Good Gentle mix…. Here u can add some springs onions…

This Veg fried rice based on Indo-Chinese version… Wanna try Indian Version… Just skip the Sauce and Add some Slitted Green chillie…. Gobi manchurian, Chicken Fry, Prawn fry… goes well with this Rice
