Rava Kichidi

Jess baby tried to enjoy the new taste…. this is an quick and instant recipe… can feed the family with a healthy combinations… the vegetables are purely of your choice.. can add potatoes… on the hurry morning after dropping Jess baby in his school we went for vegetable shop..
*Heat the pan with 2 tsp of ghee and 2 tsp of oil.. Add the mustard and soaked, drained dhal.. add in the curry leaves too, let them pop up..
* Add in the onion, Green chillie and ginger paste… saute till the onions are transparent.
* Add all the Vegetables..{Carrot, French beans, Green peas}
* When it get shrink then add the tomatoes and cook for 2 mins.
* Add in the Turmeric powder and salt.
* Add the 3 cups of water…
* Allow the water to boil… check for salt too…
* Note: Put the flame in low..
* Add the roasted rava mean while give them the mix with the other hand.. mix gently without any clumps.. Do carefully they’ll get together very easily..
* See only few more water is there… it was absorbed by the rava with in few seconds..
* Add a dllop of ghee…
* In the low flame.. cover them and cook it for 3-4 mins..
* Add the lime juice.. Give them a good mix.
* All done here… The Rava kichidi will be sticky in nature.. results based on the ghee and oil we add..
* Can have this yummy kichidi with any kind of sambar/ coconut chutney..
