This sambhar sounds delicious ? so flavourful!
Drumsticks give a lovely flavour to dals and curries. My favourite.
I have found my twin in you with regards to the eating habit. The hot rice, small fryums on the side and the generous laddles of kozhumbu would be my pick too on the days I cheat from my regular diet of sprouts and what not! This certainly sets the taste buds going.
