Garlic Bread


Garlic Bread, Easy instant bread.. I love dominos Gralic bread, soft, garlicky breads are the best from Dominos, This instant bread can be prepare in tawa or in oven. yesterday i posted Bread Pizza, got a wonderful welcome from my readers and friends
.. in such a way this is a quick instant tea time snack..

In our vacation we bought good garden fresh garlic’s from Poompaarai(Kodai).. i used those garlic’s here.. after this vacation, i grabbed some information about Garlic.. there is lot of varieties in garlic.. some particular variety is used for medicine.. and some for rasam and daily usage.. those are different in taste and flavors.. the one we bought from the store are not much spicy and tasty, Poondu/Garlic can cure indigestion too.. having garlic milk in night reduces the cholesterol level.. mostly the garlic pungent smell was not like by every one.. Using garlic in daily food helps a lot in digestion.. That’s why whenever preparing non vegetarian food, Garlic and Ginger plays a main role.. This instant snack Hit your Tea Time.. Garlic Bread
Prep Time: 0 mins | Cook time: 10 mins mins | Serves: 2
Ingredients
Bread | 4 nos |
Garlic | 8-10 pods |
Mozzarella cheese | 1/4 cup |
Chilli flakes | 1/2 tsp |
Oregano | 1 tsp |
Butter | 2 tsp |
Salt | as per taste |
Method
1. Grate the cheese, butter, Garlic.. take all the ingredients in a plate, mix them well…

2. Take the bread slices.. if you want remove the crust.. Spread the mixture over the bread, Spread evenly, preheat the oven for 5 mins in grill mode.. and put the baking tray inside the oven and bake it for 5 mins.. or till the cheese melts over the bread.. if your doing in tawa (check the Bread Pizza recipe), heat a tawa and place the bread, cover it with a lid and cook till the cheese melts…

Notes
- Removing bread crust is your choice..
- Chilli flakes is optional… this version is little spicy one..
- Just add 2 pods garlic for 1 slice bread, calculate garlic by this way..
- Use wheat bread or any other bread variety for more healthier version..
- If you want to avoid butter, then skip it and add olive oil for a healthy choice..
