This interesting platter serves a healthy platter, i always love to add roti in lunch menu, I’m completely satisfied with this menu, all the recipes includes here are, go well with Roti and rice.. this platter is mixed combination and south and North Indian preparation.. though in all the recipes i twisted with south indian touch.. i hope this menu helps a lot in your weekend preparation..

Prep Time: 30 mins   |  Cook time:  1 1/2 hour    |  Serves: 2

Lunch Menu 6 Includes:
  • Chop Cauliflower and put this in a warm water for few mins, peel and chop the potatoes..
  • Chop the Bottlegourd, Ladies Finger, Onion, Garlic, Tomatoes and set aside
  • Knead the Chappati dough.
  • Wash and clean the rice, add water and salt, and pressure cook it for 2 whistles and wait until the pressure release, change the cooked rice to a Hot pot.. 
  • Pressure cook the dhal and set aside..
  • Start preparing the menu one by one, follow the recipe instruction.. 
This simple menu Fills the tummy like anything.. Adding roti to the lunch menu, fills a healthy meal.. You can add some dessert and sweet to finish the complete the meal..
