Vendaikaai Theyal

Vendaikaai Theeyal, South indian Comfort curry, just preparing the masala is a big part, other than it is under a cook preparation.. i love this they’ll a lot.. best with all breakfast too, when serving this in lunch with hot steamed rice, drizzled with a tsp of ghee taste awee than anything.. simply i enjoy the curry without any side dish..
I have few more theeyal and south indian curry in this page, this is a bit different and quick one to prepare.. Vendaikaai is a protein rich vegetable.. this is recommended to eat raw for kids to improve their brain growth, also those who have less memory power regularly recommended to eat 1 or 2 vendaikaai in morning, kids avoid this vendaikaai coz of the stickiness, yes i too hate this in my schooldays, mom used to cook this for 2-3 times in a week, like sambar, poriyal, curry.. This curry taste very good with idli dosa.. don’t miss it.. hurry up soon try and let me know the result too..
