How to make Chicken Spicy?
Few months back, one of my school friend pinged me in Watsapp, and she shared this wonderful recipe, was stunned of hearing this recipe, When she shared it seems like super spicy Chicken recipe.
And tried this recipe few days back, Spicy Chicken recipe is super Hot and juicy in taste. We like the new taste of chicken with hot chillies. Prep Time: 3 hours | Cook time: 30 mins | Serves: 2
||1 cup(Cubed)/ 200 gms
||3/4 tsp + 1/2 tsp
|Ginger Garlic Paste
|| a handfull
Wash and clean the Chicken pieces, Drain them and set them in a mixing bowl, Add the Slitted Green Chillies to the chicken..
Add a Tsp of Soya Sauce and Lime juice to the Chicken
Add 3/4 tsp of Chilie Powder, Turmeric Powder, Graham Masala, Salt & Ginger Garlic Paste to the Chicken and Mix them well, Keep them aside for Marination, 2-3 hors Marination Required For this Fry..
Once The marination Done, Remove the slitted Green chilies and Set them aside, Heat a Pan with Oil, Add the marinated chicken To the Pan, Saute them, Cover the pan and Let them cook for 5-8 mins in medium flame..
See how much water comes out from the Chicken, No need to add extra water to cook this fry..
After 15 mins, chicken will cooked half the way.. Add a handful of Curry Leaves To the pan..
Now Add the 1/2 tsp of Chillie powder and saute them again, Cover and Allow to cook in medium flame..
Once done Chicken looks soft and glazed..
Add the Slitted green chillies in this step, Put the flame to high, And saute in high flame for 5 mins,,
All done.. Spicy chicken Ready to serve..
- You can fry the green chillies separately and add in the last step.. i like the raw smell of chillies, that’s why i add in the last stage..
- Boneless chicken results good in taste..
- Curry Leaves serves a good flavour..
