Boil the Toor dhal for 2-3 whistle in a pressure cooker and set them aside.. Heat a pan with oil, Temper with Mustard and Jeera, wait until they pop up..
Add in the Chopped Onion to the hot oil.
Add in the Chopped Garlic or Crushed Garlic..
Once the onion turns transparent, Add in the Chopped Tomatoes.
Cook till the mush up.. Add in the Garam masala, Turmeric powder and hing to the pan..
Mix the masala, cook till the raw smell goes up.. And finally add in the boiled mashed dhal..
Add some water and salt, Garnish with Coriander Leaves and Serve..
