Nadan Potato Roast


Potato Roast, the flavour of curry leaves made me to name this as Nadan Potato Roast.. Potato is a kind of friendly vegetable to all.. but not for “Diabetic” Patients.. This fiery Roast is a best pair with all kind of variety rice & Roti..
The day i was preparing the recipe is like a super busy day.. and i have no tother choice finish the lunch.. but the taste of this roast is awesome, till that i never know Jess will bite vegetables, the day he saw this roast, he caught in a craving, start to shout like, ma give me Chicken, Poor kid he thought, i did chicken roast… After tasting he didn’t stop eating this roast, Potatoes are good in protein.. & this is my continuous blogging of 40th day… feeling very happy to share this continuous post with you all.. Nadan Potato Roast

Ingredients
Potato | 2 large |
Pearl Onion | 4-5 nos |
Curry Leaves | a handful |
Ginger Garlic paste | 1 tsp |
Sambar Powder | 1 tsp |
Turmeric powder | 1/4 tsp |
Salt | to taste |
Oil | 3-4 tsp |
Method
Wash and peel the potatoes, Cube them into pieces..

Add chopped onion, curry leaves

Add in Ginger & Garlic Paste, Sambar powder, Turmeric Powder, Salt, mix them well and set aside for marination.. let them marinate for 10- 20 mins..

Heat a pan with oil, Transfer the marinated mix to the hot pan.. Cover with a lid and fry in low medium flame for 5mins.. no need to add water, if need sprinkle and cook the potato.. after 5 mins put the flame to high and stir in between..

Again cover and cook the potatoes till they done..
