Bottle Gourd Soup


Bottle Gourd Soup, Such a lite and Healthy way to start the day.. MIL introduce this Soup to me, tHis is their regular normal day breakfast to keep them fit, this Soup Controls Diabetic and Blood Pressure too.
Bottle Gourd is normally had the habit of reducing weight, This vegetable is recommended those who are facing trouble in losing weight, was advised this to consume for three to four times in a week, but daily with same side dishes it will be bored rite, so i handle this veggie in this manner, when ever i bought a small whole bottle gourd it won’t finish at a second, one or two times i make side dishes and curry, then i go for this recipe, which fill my breakfast part in low crap… SO those who love other vegetable can try this same method with Radish, Beans, Ladies finger, Ridge Gourd, and why not you can go with spinach too.. so i hope this post will be a useful one.. Coriander Leaves | 1 spring(optional) |
